By accessing or using freeaireviewgenerator.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the site.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of the site, whether or not tools are invoked. Because no account is required, acceptance happens the moment you load a page or use a tool. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the service, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

freeaireviewgenerator.com is a free, browser-based writing suite. Its flagship AI Review Generator drafts product and service reviews using a 3-Method Calibration architecture (Tone, Fact-Grounding, and Quality/Anti-Cliché filters). The site also offers companion tools, including a paraphraser, grammar checker, AI detector, humanizer, summarizer, word counter, email writer, essay writer, story generator, translator, image generator, and citation generator.

All processing happens client-side in your browser. The service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any registration requirement. We may add, change, or remove tools at any time (see Section 9).

The output of our tools is a draft template. How you use it is entirely your responsibility, and the following rules are not optional:

• Honest experiences only. You may use generated reviews as drafting aids for opinions and experiences you genuinely hold. You must not use the tools to fabricate reviews about products or services you have never used, or to create content that misleads consumers.
• Platform rules and law. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any platform where you publish output (for example Amazon, Google, Trustpilot, the App Store, or Airbnb), and with applicable regulations including the U.S. FTC's Endorsement Guides on endorsements and testimonials. Many platforms and regulators prohibit undisclosed AI-generated or incentivized reviews; if you publish output anywhere, disclose it where required and follow the platform's policy.
• No unlawful content. Do not generate content that is defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, infringes anyone's intellectual property, or violates any applicable law.
• No abuse of the site. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload it with automated requests, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it for competitive duplication, or use it to transmit malware.
• No misrepresentation. Do not present the site, its output, or its engine as your own product, and do not remove attributions or pretend to be affiliated with us.

We reserve the right to refuse service, or to block access, to any user whose activity we reasonably determine is illegal or abusive. If we are required by a platform, a regulator, or law enforcement to cooperate in an investigation involving generated content, we will do so to the limited extent our static architecture allows.

Text you type into the tools ("your inputs") remains yours. We never receive, store, or claim any right over your inputs.

Text the tools produce ("the output") may be used by you freely and without royalties — subject to Section 3. Because we make no representation that output is original or unique, you are responsible for how you use it, including checking it before publication. Depending on applicable law, purely machine-generated text may not be protected by copyright; we make no warranty on the copyright status of the output.

The site itself — including its name, branding, design, engine logic, calibration methodology, template structures, and page content — is protected by intellectual property laws and owned by freeaireviewgenerator.com or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, resell, or create derivative products from the site itself.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for its intended purpose: generating and working with your own writing.

The site formats output for third-party marketplaces and links to external resources for convenience. We do not control third-party platforms, we are not affiliated with them (their names and marks belong to their owners), and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Your use of any external site is governed by that site's own terms.

THE SITE AND ALL OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

Specifically: generated text may contain inaccuracies, awkward phrasing, or factual errors; detector scores and "human-sounding" claims describe statistical properties of the output, not a guarantee against any specific detector now or in the future; and word counts, readability metrics, and similar measurements are estimates. Always review output before relying on or publishing it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEAI REVIEWGENERATOR.COM, ITS OPERATORS, AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS, REMOVED REVIEWS, LEGAL CLAIMS AGAINST YOU, OR DATA LOSSES — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE OR ANY OUTPUT.

Because the service is free, our aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which is zero) or $10 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted there.

The site is offered free of charge, and we may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of it — including individual tools, templates, or features — at any time, with or without notice. We are under no obligation to maintain backward compatibility of any specific output format or template. Maintenance windows or outages may occur without prior announcement, and no service credits apply since the service has no paid tier.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute with us before pursuing formal proceedings.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions stay in force.

Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the site.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
